The stick pack machine produces sticks in multi-lane format. Machine format can be up to 1o lanes. However, there is a limit on stick size/number of lanes. A flat roll of film is mounted at the rear of the machine and is drawn through the machine by a 
reciprocating heated sealing bar, which seals the bottom of the film tube. As the film is drawn through, it forms into a tube. When the film stops moving, the cross-sealing station releases the bottom of the tube, and vertical seal bars seal the edges of the 
tube. The tube is now open topped and it is the right time to deposit the product into the tube. The product is then sealed into the stick-pack, but as the tube is sealed at the top, it also seals the bottom of the next stick and cuts to separate the sticks, Portion packs of sugar, honey, salt, mayonnaise, hand cream, salt, pepper, coffee, seeds, spices, and sweeteners can all be packed.
